Asana & Pranayama
A yoga class in which we go through various poses (asanas), including variations, and breathing exercises (pranayama). Different bodies and minds have differing needs and different ways of getting into, holding and getting out of poses, so we use items such as blocks, bands and balls to strengthen and stretch, and different ways of supporting our breathing. No one is too stiff, weak, big or small to do yoga. There are always alternative options and variations, allowing you to figure out what works for you. Welcome!
Exercise sessions are included for members of our new spa club: Upper House Spa Member.
1 session: SEK 295
10-session pass: SEK 2200.
(Valid for 6 months from activation date).
The age limit for visiting Upper House Spa is 18 years. From 16 years in company with an adult.
