Our Casual Dining serves oysters, selected cheeses and several different types of champagne by the glass. And also our á la carte menu that takes you on a gastronomic journey where you can sample a variety of dishes to share, or order just a single dish or a set menu.

Our ingredients are locally grown and the producers, butchers and dairies we use are all local. We produce our own cured meats, while the herbs used are grown on our roof. Great craftsmanship, passion and attractive and playful presentation combine with creativity to provide a unique experience.

Our menu changes throughout the year to reflect local availability of seasonal ingredients. (We therefore make reservation for possible menu changes.)
