Fitness classes are always included for members of our club: Upper House Spa Members. Anyone who is not a member can instead purchase a stamp card valid for our fitness and yoga classes, as well as our gym:
Stamp card 10 sessions: SEK 2,950
(1 class or gym session: SEK 350)

The stamp card is transferable and is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. It is valid for both the gym and yoga classes.
The minimum age limit is 18 years, or 16 years when accompanied by a legal guardian.
