Treatments
Spa treatments can be booked every day of the week from 11.00 to 18.00.
Gym
Upper House Gym is open every day of the week from 08.00-22.00. (For hotel guests at Upper House, the gym is open from 05:30 to 23:00).
Note – Upper House Spa will be closed for maintenance work 10-12 September. We will open again 12 September at 15.00.
The age limit for visiting the Upper House Spa is 18 years. From 16 years in company with an legal guardian.
The Upper House Spa is cash-free.
