Our Casual Dining serves oysters, selected cheeses and several different types of champagne by the glass, along with lighter bites that take you on a gastronomic journey where you can sample a variety of dishes to share, or order just a single dish or a set menu. Our ingredients are locally grown and the producers, butchers and dairies we use are all local. We produce our own cured meats, while the herbs used are grown on our roof. Great craftsmanship, passion and attractive and playful presentation combine with creativity to provide a unique experience.
