It is over 10 years since I first encountered yoga and I am still fascinated by the strengthening and healing effect yoga has on both body and mind. Today yoga has assumed a stable and meaningful place in my life. Through yoga I am more present and have better self-awareness and knowledge of what I need to add to my daily training and lifestyle to optimise my wellbeing, every day.
Practising yoga gives me so much and it is a great pleasure to get to share the fantastic tools of yoga. During a class we explore the potential of the body, identify ingrained body patterns, and are inspired to extend our inner awareness in order to unite breathing, body and mind. My intention is to offer individually-adapted yoga classes that leave you with a good feeling in both body and mind to take away from the yoga mat and out into everyday life.
I am a certified RYT200 teacher in Hatha/Vinyasa yoga through Ulrica Norberg’s Yoga for Life, certified 500hr teacher through ISHTA Yoga. I am also certified in ISHTA* Yin yoga through Ulrica Norberg and in pregnancy yoga through Karin Hilmarch, Yogastudion.
