As a hotel guest at Gothia Towers, you are offered a better price on our training and yoga classes with a view for 195 SEK/person (regular price 350 SEK). You book one of our class below and pay the discounted price on-site.

Where and how do I book for the best price?

Where? You book your training or yoga classes just like all other guests and choose one of our classes below.   How? Payment is made on-site, and when booking, you will be able to inform us that you are staying at Gothia Towers by writing GOTHIA in the booking for a discounted price. On-site staff will ask for your name and thereby see your booking at the hotel.   Booking Terms Your class must be pre-booked, so please plan ahead. Offers are subject to availability. The age limit for visiting Upper House Spa is 18 years, or 16 years if accompanied by a guardian.
